About

My name is Dagney Johnson, and I’m an attorney at law. My family and I have served clients throughout the State of Alabama for over 40 years.

No matter what type of personal injury or car accident case you and your family are experiencing, we are here to help. We will get you the compensation you deserve, in the time frame that is efficient and aggressive to handle any case that you put in front of us. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I take a personal approach with each case, treating my clients like family.

We are willing to meet you in times of crisis, and hold Zoom or Facetime meetings outside of regular business hours for your convenience. We will ensure that no detail is left out while we build the strongest case for you.

Our firm wants to be involved from the very beginning. We try to minimize the financial burden on clients by offering various rate structures. We will work with you on flat fee rate structures, lower than usual contingency fees, and reasonable hourly rates.

Let my family help you when you need it the most.
